Generally we need to write a leave note in advance when to ask for leave to the superior or the teacher. You can’t leave until you get the approval of the leader or your teacher.

In today’s story, the monitor told the teacher that other students could not take today’s exam because they were all infected with KS virus without asking for leave. The teacher was surprised.

2.请假条上时间和理由，一个都不能少。

(Qǐng jià tiáo shàng shí jiān hé lǐ yóu , yí gè dōu bù néng shǎo.)

The time and reason on the leave note should not be omitted.

Usage 语法使用:

“一个都不能少” means”not one less”,“都” is used to reinforce the speaker’s tone, you can say,出门的时候，手机、钱包、身份证一个都不能少。
