My Story in China-An Expat’s Tale 我在中国的故事——一个外国人的故事

From childhood, it was my dream to study abroad, to contribute to the world’s economic and scientific development. In September 2018, I left Pakistan for China and have now completed almost one year in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu province. I think it’s one of the best cities in the world. The people of Zhenjiang are very pleasant and kind.
从小，我的梦想就是出国留学，为/世界经济和科学发展做出贡献。2018年9月，我离开巴基斯坦来到中国，现在已经在江苏省镇江完成了近一年的学习。我认为它是世界上最好的城市之一。镇江的人民非常和蔼可亲。

The first time I came to China, I did not understand Chinese, and I missed my family very much. It’s hard for me to adapt to a new life in another country, but I’ve learned how to be independent, how to be responsible, how to remain committed to my goals. 
我第一次来到中国，不懂中文，我非常想念我的家人。我很难适应另一个国家的新生活，但我学会了如何独立，如何负责，如何坚持我的目标。

Last but not least, I am very proud to be here in China. I hope one day I will be able to contribute to the development of the world’s economic and scientific research. This one year of my life was amazing.
最后但并非最不重要的是，我很自豪来到中国。我希望有一天我能够为世界经济和科学研究的发展做出贡献。我生命中的这一年太棒了。
