国庆七天假！Official Notice for National Holiday! 7 Days Off!

2019年国庆节放假时间已经确定。根据国务院办公厅的通知，今年国庆节放假七天。The National Day holiday time of 2019 has been fixed. According to the notice of the General Office of the State Council, this year’s National Day holiday is seven days.

假期安排如下: The holidays are as follows:

10月1日至7日——休息整整一周 9月29日(星期日)及10月12日(星期六)-工作天October 1st to 7th – One Entire Week off
Sept 29th (Sunday) & October 12th (Saturday) – Work Days

此外，值得注意的是，根据《中华人民共和国劳动法》: In addition, it is noteworthy that according to the Labour Law of the People’s Republic of China:

安排劳动者休息而不能补充休息的，支付不低于工资的百分之二百的工资报酬。If workers are arranged to work on a rest day but can not be given a supplementary rest, they shall be paid not less than 200% of their wage.

法定休假日安排劳动者工作的，支付不低于工资的百分之三百的工资报酬(三倍的薪水)。
If workers are arranged to work on statutory holidays, they shall be paid not less than 300% of their wages.
